Phnom Penh: Phnom Penh is the capital city of Cambodia that is somewhat chaotic yet charismatic at the same time. Amid poverty and depravity, this city comes forward as a historical place worth a visit. Volunteers can take a pleasant stroll along the park-like riverfront, where plenty of cafés and restaurants are located. Standard tourist sites are few, which makes the city an ideal place to relax, watch the street life and absorb the city.
Battambang: Battambang is the second largest town of Cambodia and a popular tourist destination. This place is famous for its ancient temples, Buddhist shrines and the bamboo railway. The city is located next to the river and is home home to some of the best-preserved French-period architecture in the country and to warm and friendly inhabitants. The city itself is developing fast but timeless hilltop temples and scenic villages can be seen on leisurely day-trips.
Pursat: Pursat is a beautiful city well known among travelers for its marble carvers and oranges. The waterfall and the floating village of Kompong Luong will never fail to captivate you. Other attractions include Tonle Sap Lake or Cardamon Mountains.
